Employee Handbook Vandalism
I am glad to hear that many employees have already complied with the request to read the Hazardous Waste section of the Employee Handbook. However it is upsetting to hear that almost all of the handbooks have been vandalized. There have been many complaints about comments that were written in the section entitled "How do I determine if I generate Hazardous Waste?" It is not appropriate, nor amusing, to write insults in the handbook about employees with flatulence or bowel problems.
This also applies to the sections entitle, "Is my waste listed as hazardous waste?" and "Still confused if your waste is hazardous?"
Hazardous Waste is a serious safety issue, not only for our employees, but also for the environment. Please be more sensitive to the feelings of those you work with and stop writing in the handbooks. We don't need another fiasco like last years Martian Death Book debacle.

We at Roboshrub Inc. encourage employees to deface company property.
Makes a nice paper trail for future layoffs.
Yeah, where can I get me one of those Martian Death Books, anyhow?
We work the other way around, too. Our handbooks are mostly blank, with insults directed at individual employees penciled in by yours truly. Then the employees fill out the informational section of the handbook themselves.
Top-down management in its ultimate form.
: )
You know what's a funny thing to do with manuals?
I like to open up to random pages and write funny things about my co-workers. By funny, of course, I mean racial slurs and death threats.
Also I like to draw pictures of what I imagine their genitalia looks like and then label my art as such. Then I like to leave them lying around in the break room and whatnot.
Once I peed in the trashcan in the break room. But that was a long time ago. And not really germane to this conversation.
Which I believe is about unity.
McDougal? Is that you? I found one of your so called "drawings" of my hoo-hah pasted to the vending machine. You're on notice. Notice I tell you!
